1. Return Conditions
We want you to feel completely confident when shopping at GigaSnus. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled under EU consumer protection law to return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service at info@gigasnus.com and provide the reason for your return.
- For a justified complaint (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
- If you have changed your mind or simply do not like the product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Include the Return Number (RN) provided by us and package the item securely.
- Send the product using the provided label (for complaints) or your own shipping method (for voluntary returns).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Please note: Perishable goods such as snus or nicotine pouches cannot be returned once shipped unless the product has a legitimate defect. We do not charge any handling or restocking fees.
Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, a processing fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund to cover return and handling costs.
