1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through GigaSnus.com. GigaSnus.com is operated by HMU Trading ApS, Reg. No. DK42238821. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Age Restriction
Purchasing our products is permitted only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By confirming the age verification at checkout, you confirm that you are of legal age.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Price changes and obvious pricing errors are subject to correction, even after an order has been placed.
4. Payment
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted SSL technology. We do not store your payment details.
5. Delivery
Orders placed on business days before 15:00 are typically processed and dispatched the same day. Delivery within the EU normally takes 1–5 business days (depending on the carrier: DHL, UPS, or GLS). Deliveries are made on business days only.
All orders are shipped from Denmark. No customs duties or import fees apply within the EU.
6. Right of Withdrawal
As a private customer, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receiving it. Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For hygiene reasons, opened products are excluded from withdrawal. Please contact our support at info@gigasnus.com for return instructions.
7. Retention of Title
All products remain the property of GigaSnus.com / HMU Trading ApS until full payment has been received.
8. Complaints
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service at info@gigasnus.com to obtain a Return Number (RN). Returns without a valid RN cannot be processed.
9. Liability
Please inspect your goods immediately upon receipt. For justified claims, we will provide a prepaid return label. If the claim is unjustified, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No handling fees apply.
10. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is used exclusively for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, a handling fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund to cover return costs.
12. Disclaimer
We assume no liability for damages resulting from improper use of the products. Use of the products is at the customer’s own risk. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damages unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
13. Applicable Law
The laws of the Kingdom of Denmark apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which the customer resides remain unaffected.
14. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page. The version valid at the time of ordering applies.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
